Podcast episode 202ish: Brian Anderson, Nathan Clark & Toby Berner
I had a fun time talking to improvisers extraordinaire Brian Anderson, Nathan Clark and Toby Berner a few weeks ago. We didn't talk much about improvising, though. They were in studio to plug Gutenberg! The Musical!, which Brian directed and Nathan and Toby starred in. But that's over and done with. If you missed it, too bad for you. It was loads of fun. But I do recall we talked about other matters, such as high school reunions, geeks, and... well, musicals and Johannes Gutenberg (no relation to Steve). If you missed the original airing, I think you'll enjoy the podcast. Check it out here or download it over at iTunes. (And hey, feel free to give us a rating or review while you're at it.)

Sept. 19: Nathan Clark, Toby Berner & Brian Anderson
We've got a big, big show for you tonight. Well, in total poundage, anyway. Three guests. Count 'em. We just hope and pray that the three mics are working. But they're improv'ers so they're used to working without mics.
Nathan Clark and Toby Berner have both been with us before at different times. Together they will be performing a remounting of Guttenberg! The Musical! at the Presentation House in North Van from September 22 to October 9. If you missed it when it played at last year's Fringe Fest, you do not want to miss it this year. I was one of the ones who couldn't get in last time, but it got great reviews. I'll be there this time.
They'll be joined in studio by director, and Vancouver TheatreSports League vet, Brian Anderson, a first-timer on the program. I've been a big fan of Brian's over the years so I'm looking forward to meeting him.
