Podcast episode 260ish: Harry Doupe
We've got a little extra for you with this episode. When Harry Doupe dropped by for the last show of the calendar year, we went long. And it's a good thing, too. The first hour was good enough – we talked about the old days at Punchlines with Ryan Stiles and Colin Campbell and Harry aired his dirty laundry with his estrangement from the Canadian Comedy Awards. He also got in shots at the Comedy Network and Yuk Yuk's. But when we went into overtime it got even better. Harry told tales of his epic cross-continent tour with the late, great Campbell that gave real insight into Campbell's problems. Then he finished off with some much needed advice to young comics. Here's hoping Doupe's bi-annual visit becomes annual.
